Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 6 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 6 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Custom-Made Abayas
Because our custom abayas are specifically tailored and made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges on these items.
However, we stand by the quality of our tailoring. If there is a specific issue with your custom order—such as physical damage, defective fabric, or an incorrect size due to a tailoring error—please reach out to us. We will gladly arrange a refund or correction for quality and tailoring mistakes.
Refund Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund on eligible items:
- Product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized by our tailors
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping Items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
